Welcome to this monthly relaxing soundbath.
These events are a great way to relax, de-stress and re-focus.
Sondbaths can aid people's sleep and help focus the mind.
If you've never been before and wondered what it's like then please come along and try. I run a gentle, small (12 people max) evening event using a combination of:
Drum
Singing bowls
Gong
Shruti box
Chimes and many more instruments.
The session came help to promote good sleep, give clarity of mind and help release any worries or anxieties you have.
