Some of you prefer evening sessions... so here it is just for youJoin us for a deeply relaxing sound immersion using a combination of Yoga Nidra guided meditation to prepare your mind and body.
We will flow into a beautiful harmonic soundscape of layered notes, tones and vibrations You'll be taken on a sonic journey from gentle percussive calls of the wild and shamanic medicine drum rhythms, to the distinctive calming tones of the sublime singing bowls and high vibrational chimes and powerful base vibrations of the GONG
Yoga nidra or yogic sleep in modern usage settles you into a calm state of consciousness between waking and sleeping where your nervous system is gently relaxed.
You will be guided on a sensory journey through your body also using visualisation that will connect to different parts of your brain and stimulate new energetic pathways.
Allow yourself to drift away allowing the vibrational frequency to move deeply into your cells, releasing, easing you into deep rest and rejuvenation.. You'll float home in Bliss.
We've had a $5 increase on Soul Barn Nest tickets unless you are a concession holder. Since opening I've not increased prices at all but with aircon / heaters huge electrical costs Ive had to increase slightly to help cover making Soul Barn more comfortable for everyone
