What to bring...

Yoga mats are provided.

It's a good idea to wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. You may wish to bring extra blankets, eye mask, additional yoga mat, thick blanket, sleeping bag, or sunlounger cushion for extra comfort and cosiness.

There are a limited number of supportive cushions/bolsters available.

CHAIRS

If being floor based is not right for you, there are 4 zero gravity chairs available.

Please contact me prior to purchasing your ticket to reserve your chair, due the limited number available.

EVENT TIMING

Doors will open 10 minutes before the start.

Doors will be locked PROMPT.

Late arrivals will not be admitted.

VENUE ACCESS

PARKING

Free car parking is available on Sundays at the end of Broad Street in Herring Lane pay and display car park - Postcode PE11 1TL.
