It's pretty much like a normal therapy session so it's 1 to 1 sessions. It's for people that feel 'stuck' with their nerves and fears and cant seem to get past them. It's also for people that do the 'what if' s' to avoid riding or make themselves even more nervous by the 'what if he spooks, refuses, doesn't like the wind' etc. IEMT looks for where that started (even if the person has no idea why) and uses eye movement patterns to resolve it. It sounds bizarre but it's brilliant 😁 Each session is usually between 40 mins to an hour depending on how easily the origin of the problem is to find. I hope that makes sense.
