Join us for a calming evening of sound meditation designed to help you unwind from the week and reconnect with a sense of inner stillness.

During this immersive sound bath, the gentle resonance of crystal singing bowls and chimes creates a soothing soundscape that encourages deep relaxation and nervous system reset.

As the vibrations fill the sanctuary space, participants are invited to simply rest, breathe, and allow the sounds to wash over them.

Sound baths are a meditative experience where sound frequencies help guide the body and mind into a deeply relaxed state. Many people leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to themselves.

No prior meditation experience is needed - this experience is open to anyone seeking rest, reflection, or a quiet moment of pause.

Doors open at 6:45 pm. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
