Join us on Friday, April 24 at 5pm, at Cherry Hill Park for an immersive sound bath experience as part of the Falls Church Fitness Challenge. Led by trained sound facilitator Mimi Chow, this session will blend vibrational sound therapy, gentle movement, and breathwork to guide participants into deep relaxation.Mimi, inspired by the transformative power of sound therapy in managing stress and anxiety, is passionate about helping others find balance and peace.
This meditative sound bath will feature crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other instruments to promote relaxation, reduce stress, enhance sleep, and support overall well-being.
No experience is necessary. Please bring a mat (or a chair if preferred), along with blankets, pillows, or any other support needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience.
