Journey to the Sussex countryside, to Truleigh Centre; a secluded barn in the South Downs, looking out over the hills to the sea.

You will experience deep rest, surrounded by the healing energy of Nature, soothed by the sounds of the crystal bowls, gong, drums, chimes and other healing instruments.

Your cells will tingle as you enjoy the the silent connection of being with likeminded others.

The scent of incense will be floating in the air to cleanse our energy fields.

Stillness. Rest. Healing. Peace.

After the greeting and introduction, we will lie down, getting as comfy and cosy as we can - blankets, pillows, cushions are most welcome.

Soft mats are provided to lie on, for your comfort.

One side of the room has full length views of the evening countryside, so you can feel completely at one with nature, whilst being safe and warm inside.

It will be nearly dark outside, and the barn will be atmospherically lit with twinkly fairy lights.

...you will experience the healing frequencies of the crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, whilst the gentle scent of hand-blended, herbal, incense cleanses your energy field.

Your body will have a chance to fully relax, and absorb the restorative vibrations of the instruments.

...I will welcome you gently back into a wakeful energy.

You will have experienced one hour of glorious sound healing. We then have some time to linger and chat, or just take it slow and easy as you get ready to head home.
