Drop in with us on the first day of Daylight Saving Time, a natural reset as the days grow longer and brighter. The evening blends with a gentle meditation and intention-setting to help you settle in and reset for the week ahead. Relax into a soothing sound bath led by Lynda Arnold, a composer and facilitator of frequency and vibration.
