EVENING: EFT Tapping Group, Leigh-on-sea

A powerful transformative evening using the modality EFT (Tapping!)

The evening will include an hour of EFT followed by a guided meditation to set you up for the week ahead.

The evening will unfold organically- and I'll use EFT for whatever arises - you can bring along anything you need to heal/transform.

EFT enables us to shift disrupt and re-route whatever it is you've been holding onto (often for a really long time!).
The beauty about tapping is you can share as much or as little as you want. And when you tap as a group, borrowing benefits can occur... whereby even if you are tapping for someone else, your subconcious mind takes over and knows what needs to be shifted within you 💫
