Take a pause from the busyness of your week and join me for a peaceful evening of yoga by the water.
We’ll meet in the beautiful outdoor marquee at Lisvane reservoir surrounded by nature, where you can gently move, breathe, and unwind as the day fades into evening.
This session will be a slow, calming practice designed to help you release tension from the body and mind. Expect gentle flowing movement, soothing breathwork, and deep rest to leave you feeling grounded and nourished.
The pace is easy-going and suitable for all levels—whether you’re brand new to yoga or just in need of some calm space for yourself.
Bring along your mat, a blanket or cosy layer for relaxation, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable outdoors.
🌟 Afterwards, you’re welcome to linger by the reservoir or treat yourself to a warm drink or refreshing smoothie from the lovely on-site café—perfect for easing into your evening with a bit of quiet time or a chat with others from the session.

🕕 6:00pm – 7:15pm (please arrive 5–10 mins early to settle in)�📍 Lisvane reservoir — meet at marquee at visitor centre. There is free parking for 90 minutes �💰 £15 per person
