Cancellation Policy

Any registration cancellation requests must be made on or before October 1st, 2024, and will be subject to a $250 processing fee.

We reserve the right to cancel the course if minimum registrations levels are not met. As such, please purchase refundable/transferable airfare if you are flying in for this course. Decisions regarding cancellation will occur several weeks before the start date, and registrants will be notified and refunded if the course does not run.
