**Get Ready for 2025!** Join us for the *Euphoria of Freestyle Dance Fitness*! Hosted by Joanna Weintritt and David Muir, this high-energy event returns for its seventh edition, bringing you all the dance fitness, endorphins, and extra oomph to boost your spirit.
**Who Can Participate:**
Everyone is welcome! No need for prior dance experience. Whether you're an experienced dancer or just getting started, come and enjoy a day bursting with fun, energy, and fitness.
**What to Bring:**
- Comfortable workout clothes
- Trainers with good support
- A water bottle to stay hydrated
- Snacks (we’ll have two 15-minute breaks)
