A grounding sound bath experience beginning with guided meditation and flowing into immersive healing sounds from drums, gongs, singing bowls, and chimes—designed to promote deep relaxation, inner stillness, and rejuvenation.
The session is led by Daniel O’Dowd, a certified Vibrational Meditation Practitioner (since July 2025) and founder of Sound of the Soul. His work focuses on using sound healing to help individuals access inner peace, emotional clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves.
