Eternal Flow Sound Bath

A sound experience can be like the flow of a river, soft and steady. As you lie there and surrender, your body and mind come into a state of balance. Each sequence invites you to let of that which no longer serves you. Opening up space for self healing. The eternal flow of sound can carry you into profound states of relaxation, deep sleep or even transformative experiences. Each session is unique, crafted around an intention. This sound journey will be focused on feeling the flow of energy moving and carrying you into the mystical realms.

Beautiful sequences will be blended together using a waterfall disk, deep drums and rattles, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, flow and koshi chimes.

Doors open at 6:40, show starts promptly at 7:00 with the doors locking at 7:10. Give ample time to find parking and setting up your space in the studio. The event is upstairs at Balance Studio, which is a yellow house across the street from Theo Chocolate. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye pillow and anything needed for maximum comfort. There are some bolsters, chairs and blankets provided by the venue.
