We are family friendly, all ages from 2 - 92, and LGBTQ+ welcoming community. (Children accompanied by an adult).

Our music is rich, varied, playful and joyful.

We have yoga mats, yoga blocks, jump ropes, scarves, shakers and hoola hoops.

Our music is from all continents. We begin slowly and build up to fast-paced inspiration at the peak. Often, we have music from every era since the 1950s, and music form all over the world including Africa, Brazil, Turkey, India, Indonesia, Asia, Ireland. Drum beats, native music, indigenous music, the music of various cultures.

If you feel shy, come try it. There is nothing required. If you’ve been to ecstatic dance in any city, you’ll recognize some similarities with the freeform style of dancing any way you wish. We include popular and recognizable songs.

Dance Dance in Seattle is brightly lit with natural gigantic windows opening into huge trees. People say over and over again how much they appreciate the natural environment and the morning hour for starting the weekend out just right.
