What to Bring: This Breatwork and Gong Meditation is best experienced lying down on your back or in a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation
- blindfolds, yoga or inflatable mat, blanket, pillow, water, etc. It's suggested to not eat heavy foods for at least a few hours before breathwork..
