Estate sales are always fun to go to for great values on things most households use or desire, as well as very unique items. Typically, the best items go fast on the first day, but we cut the prices on everything the second day (except designer clothes for this sale). Cash or credit cards/no checks, please.
This is going to be a hybrid sale, meaning we will have some of the owner's furniture, designer clothes, regular clothes, vintage furniture, electronics, plants, and linens. household items, and outdoor items. Also, look for “Mary’s Place”, a complete apartment of furniture donated by the family of a beloved member who recently passed away unexpectedly.
Parking on Wheat or King Street. Look for the estate sale signs or the Yip Real Estate signs. Yes, the house is for sale!
The line forms at the front door on Wheat Street. Unfortunately we do not have volunteers available to move large items, so bring a friend. Loading at the driveway on King Street.
