In this intimate, hands-on class, you’ll learn the essentials of crafting the perfect espresso — the foundation of every great coffee drink. Whether you’re just getting started or want to refine your technique, this session will give you the confidence to work like a real barista.

Led by Julian German, a passionate coffee enthusiast raised in Italy, you’ll get insider knowledge, practical skills, and a deeper understanding of what makes espresso truly exceptional.

What you’ll learn:

• The history of espresso and its Italian roots

• How to properly clean and maintain an espresso machine

• How to dial in and set your grinder

• How to pull a balanced, high-quality espresso shot

• Understanding extraction, timing, and flavor

This is a small-group experience (max. 8 people) to ensure personal guidance and plenty of hands-on practice.
