Espresso Martini Mixology Class with Atomic Black Coffee Spirits

Come join us at Margeaux Supper Parlor for an interactive cocktail experience!

This 2 hour event will begin with a coffee tasting, and exploration of coffee varieties, and how Atomic Black Espresso Liqueur is made, hosted by the owners of the company.

Then, &Cheers founder and owner, and Margeaux Supper Parlor owner, Rebekah Barr, will lead the mixology portion of class. Attendees will make and sip 3 different espresso martini varieties, each of which will feature Atomic Black Espresso Liqueur & coffee. Every person will be provided their own "bar set up" including professional tools, bar mat, mixers, garnishes, and spirits to use in class.

In between cocktails & sips, small plates will be served that pair perfectly with the drinks, created by Chef Julian Alzate. Attendees will learn more than just cocktail making basics, they'll also learn how to enhance their own espresso martinis at home, and additional food pairing possibilities.

At the end of the night, all guests will be able to take home some gifts from Atomic Coffee Roasters, including their own 12oz bag of coffee!

Food Pairing: Slow roasted pork belly confit, oranges, citrus slaw

Cocktail 2: Smores Espresso Martini

Spirit: Bourbon

Food Pairing: Maple bourbon steak tips, french fries, chef's aioli, grilled broccolini

Cocktail 3: Classic Espresso Martini

Spirit: Vodka

Food Pairing: Chocolate espresso cream pie with graham cracker crust & housemade whipped cream
