Life moves fast, and many of us are living in a near-constant state of stress, overwhelm, and nervous system overload. This mini retreat is an invitation to step out of the noise for a few hours and gently come back to yourself.
During this experiential afternoon, you’ll be guided through simple, practical practices designed to support nervous system regulation and emotional balance. Together, we’ll explore how stress shows up in the body and learn tools you can take with you into everyday life.
You’ll experience:
- Education on nervous system regulation and stress response
- A guided sensory buffet to explore calming sensory supports
- A mindful eating exercise to reconnect with internal cues
- A self-compassion practice to soften stress and self-criticism
- Reflective journaling for clarity and grounding
- The opportunity to create your own personalized Bach Flower blend, which is a combination of flower essences that help to calm the nervous system.
This is a phone-free, supportive space where you’re encouraged to slow down, be present, and simply receive. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, refreshed, and equipped with tools you can continue using long after the retreat ends.
