Using crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments, this session is designed to restore balance, release tension, and guide you into deep relaxation. Below is how our time will be spent:

• You'll have the chance to pull an oracle card to set an intention
• We will share our intentions for our time together (optional)
• You'll be led through a guided sound bath meditation
• You'll have the opportunity to free write

Please bring:

• A yoga mat
• A journal (if you'd like to free write)
• Blankets, cushion, pillow (optional)
• An open mind and heart
