Natalie Campos, Johnny Gutierrez are facilitating a special cacao ceremony & guided sound bath at Solar Culture: "Embodied Nourishment: Supported Through Cacao, Sound, and Guided Meditation" on Friday, April 18th from 6:00pm - 7:30pm. Doors open at 5:30pm. Please arrive by 5:50 so we can begin on time.
This is an experiential event designed to facilitate a heart-opening and sacred space to offer yourself deep embodied nourishment. The space will be set up in a cozy, candlelit ambiance to support your nervous system in settling and dropping in.
During the event, you will be led in an intentional cacao ceremony which segues into a guided sound journey. Mindfulness based guidance will be offered throughout to support the intentions of staying present and grounded in your body in a nourishing way. We will close out the experience with snacks to help us land and integrate.
Sacred cacao helps us drop more fully into our bodies and especially heart space, which facilitates greater openness, warmth, connection, and acceptance.
*****Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat, a blanket or cushion for added comfort, and dress in comfortable clothing*****
Come and experience heart opening cacao, soothing sounds and intuitive guidance to support the unique nourishment that you need.
During this event you will experience:
* A cacao ceremony to support you in presence, receptivity and ritual
* A sound bath to drop you into a state of simply being with the sounds and your body.
* Guided mindfulness and visualizations to ground us into our theme of Embodied Nourishment
We are limiting the number of participants due to the size of the space, so sign up early to guarantee yourself a spot.

3) Registration required at least 48 hours before the start of the event.
4) The location is Solar Culture, 31 E Toole. Plan to arrive between 5:30pm - 5:50pm and leave time for Friday night traffic/parking.

Natalie Campos, PsyD (she/her) has been engaging with Cacao medicine, singing, sound healing, and ceremonial work for 5+ years. She finds great joy in bringing plants and sacred medicines, such as Cacao, back into our busy, modern lives in intentional, communal formats. She hopes to share the lesson of delicious, loving presence that Cacao offers her with others. Natalie’s background includes practicing as a holistic psychologist & therapist for 10+ years with the enrichment of energy wisdom, earth-based spirituality, and somatic intelligence.
Johnny Gutierrez (he/him) is an experienced Somatic and Mindfulness coach and facilitator. In Jonathan’s work, his focus is to create deep presence, self-kindness, and openness in the spaces that he facilitates. As a Somatic coach, he supports his clients in moving from depressed, overwhelmed and unfulfilled to feeling peace, confidence, and courage, knowing who they really are and what they can offer the world.
