About the Temple
EROS RETURNS is a one-day temple journey exploring eros as a living current of life.
This is not a space to explore sexual intimacy. It is a space to explore the deeper meaning of eros as life-force: the intelligence that moves through the body, opens the senses, awakens presence, deepens intimacy, and invites us into a more honest relationship with ourselves, others, and life.
In this temple, we will explore eros through different gateways:
*Myth — entering the mystical story of eros and its origins
*Embodiment — through somatic practices, breath, movement, sensation, and presence
*Awakening — eros as a pathway into greater aliveness, consciousness, and spiritual connection
*Intimacy — deepening relationship with oneself, others, and the field of life
*Ritual — creating a sacred space where the body can become inhabited by spirit
This space is for individuals who seek to deepen their capacity to welcome life in.
In other words, it is an invitation to soften control and allow a deeper intelligence to move through you, creating a more spacious, integrated, embodied, and sensitive way of being.
Together, we will explore how we inhabit the body, the beliefs and patterns that shape our expression, and the ways we have learned to protect, perform, contract, or disconnect from the current of life.
Themes of **sovereignty and synergy** will be held as foundational aspects of the work. Sovereignty allows each person to remain connected to their own body, boundaries, rhythm, and truth. Synergy invites us to feel how our presence participates in a larger field.
This is a one-day workshop, and we honour the natural limitations of time and space. The intention is not to force transformation, but to deepen into what is already here with honesty, presence, and care.
This can be a deeply nourishing space for individuals to remember the organic way of life, to build a sense of belonging and aliveness, and to experience what becomes possible when we enter temple space together.

Integration Call
This offering includes a live integration call on Zoom after the temple.
Participants will be invited to reflect on how to land the insights, sensations, and learnings of the temple experience into daily life, relationships, routines, and embodied practice.
While this space is not therapeutic, it holds a strong intention to honour the importance of integration: translating the energetic and symbolic experience of temple into a practical and grounded way of living.
Integration Live Call: Monday 3 August at 7 PM NZT
Location: Zoom
The Zoom link will be provided by email closer to the date.
The integration call will be recorded and shared with all participants afterwards, for those who cannot attend live. The recording will be available for 7 days after the call.

Field Support
This temple will be supported by a group of women currently journeying through the year-long Priestess Training container at Hathor Heka School.
They are trained in somatics, energetics, ritual space-holding, and field attunement, and will be present to support the space with care, groundedness, and sensitivity.

Who is this work for?

✔ Prioritise authenticity and depth as core values in their lives
✔ Seek a deeper connection with themselves and a richer experience of reality
✔ Desire to establish an inner sense of safety and belonging
✔ Crave a space of permission to explore and embrace their inner realms
✔ Long to reconnect with their bodies and cultivate greater self-awareness
✔ Seek fresh insights and inspiration to shift their perspective and perception of life
✔ Wish to be part of an emerging culture rooted in the path of wholeness
✔ Yearn to explore freedom, love, wisdom, and power through direct embodied experience
✔ Long for more intimacy with themselves, others, and life
✔ Desire to experience more aliveness in their bodies

Trauma-Informed Space
This is a trauma-informed space, which means it is designed with awareness of the impact of trauma and with a commitment to safety, empowerment, consent, and respect for each person’s unique journey.
The space is non-judgmental, supportive, and mindful of boundaries. It creates conditions for self-discovery without intentionally pushing participants into overwhelm or re-traumatisation.
At the same time, this is not a space intended for intensive one-on-one therapeutic support. If you require individualised guidance, you are welcome to book a private session with Sia or with another recommended practitioner.
---
What this is not
This is not:
✖ A space for romantic or casual hookups
✖ A space to explore sexual intimacy
✖ A place for judging others’ genuine expression
✖ A refuge to avoid self-reflection or seek external saviours
✖ A setting for processing unresolved trauma without appropriate support
At the core of this work is the cultivation of wholeness.
This process may challenge you, especially if you are strongly identified with one aspect of your being, whether feminine, masculine, light, dark, soft, powerful, spiritual, or human. The work invites integration, balance, and a deeper embrace of all parts of yourself.

What is a Temple?
Temple is sacred space.
As we enter this sanctuary, we honour both the seen and unseen, acknowledging the many dimensions of ourselves and creation. We approach with reverence the forces that uphold the cycles of life and death, and the source that transcends them.
Our work begins with the body, recognising it as our sacred abode.
Through somatic exploration, ritual, movement, meditation, intuitive dance, and embodied practice, participants are invited to explore the physical, emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual planes of experience.
Temple space is an opportunity to deepen consciousness, awaken intuition, listen to the body, release old patterns, and open to new insight.
As a group, we can transform and awaken together, supporting each other’s journeys through presence, witnessing, expression, and shared intention. Through this collective field, we remember that healing and awakening are not only individual processes, but relational and communal ones.
This is a space dedicated to spirituality and self-development. It requires a foundation of self-responsibility, an open mind, clear boundaries, and an embodied willingness to participate with presence.

About the Facilitator
Sia Hu Heka is the founder of HATHOR HEKA, a modern mystery school devoted to embodiment, feminine mysticism, symbolic ritual, and initiatory work.
Born in Spain and based in Aotearoa New Zealand, Sia has been facilitating temples, retreats, and transformative spaces for over a decade. Her work weaves somatics, ritual arts, archetypal psychology, transpersonal frameworks, embodiment, and deep relational presence.
Sia’s facilitation is rooted in the body as a living temple, the intelligence of nature, and the remembrance of the organic self. Her work invites people to soften into their humanity while opening to the symbolic, mythic, and spiritual dimensions of life.
Through HATHOR HEKA, she offers year-long trainings, retreats, ritual immersions, and temple spaces designed to support emotional maturity, embodied leadership, self-trust, and the path of wholeness.

What participants of past temples say
Eva Durich, Wellington
“Through temple work, I have come to understand and accept much more of myself, and bring my inner opposites into union. I am so much more alive.”
Tony Thorn, Auckland
“As men we have lost this temple knowledge. It is time for us men to re-enter this sacred space, to regain our rightful place in union with the divine archetypes, to learn and grow from temple space and to come home to ourselves. I was humbled to my knee from the experience. Sia had such presence and held the space in front of 100 people. She was dynamic, passionate and opened a space container as a portal was opened for everyone to dive deeply into themselves.”
Lisa, Auckland
“I highly recommend this work as a foundation for the exploration of the self. For once you come to know yourself, relationships with others become more expansive, intentional, and meaningful.
Sia’s facilitation and teaching of this work is high level, professional, completely embodied, of spirit, spiritually ethical and safe. Sia has and is doing this work — her life’s work — and is a clear reference point in her being and teachings. I cannot recommend Sia enough for her professionalism here.”
