Join us for an evening of breathwork, journaling and setting intentions as we reset and prepare to be alive and present in the new season.
About this Event

An evening to reset & infuse support while entering the new autumn season. Especially at the end of summer, life can just feel so chaotic and frazzled and fast and all of the sudden it’s Christmas. Do you relate? We wanted to set an evening aside to pause and purposefully bring attention, awareness through breath into our bodies and set intentions for the new season on the autumnal equinox. Join us for an evening at Center for Conscious Alchemy to be together and make a little space for yourself to hear what your heart is longing to tell you.

We will do a breathwork practice together, have time for optional sharing and jounarling. We're deciding if there will be another activity - perhaps involvingn candles because it's the time of half light afterall.
Stay tuned :)

What is Breathwork?
An active, rhythmic meditation that has three parts, breathwork is a form of self-healing that gets you out of your mind and into the body by increasing the oxygen level in the body to produce energy and flow. Breathing into the belly, heart, and out an open mouth creates space for emotion and blocks to move through the body as you begin to feel more open and clear as you release the old. The practitioner guides you through the breathing, using oils, music, affirmations, reiki, and other tools to support your body during the healing journey.

Meet your hosts:

Helen Buron

My name is Helen. And this is my invitation (and my offering of service) to come home. To your body. Again and again. Each day. Every day. In this moment. And every moment. Now. And now. And now. And now.

What is "coming home to your body"?

It's a dropping down and in.
Grounding. Feet feeling the earth.
Tuning in. Softening. Opening.
Feeling and listening.
It's a sacred space of connectedness to oneself.
To others.
To the planet.
To the Universe.

Our bodies hold our wisdom, house our emotions, support our will. Let's tap back into that source of sweet and truthful goodness.

MY MISSION IS TO WILDLY INSPIRE, GENTLY GUIDE, AND LOVINGLY HOLD SPACE FOR THE JOURNEY OF TRANSFORMATION TOWARDS MORE VIBRANT HEALTH, SOULFUL HEALING, AND LIVING A LIFE OF AUTHENTIC PURPOSE BY COMING BACK HOME TO OUR BODIES.

My Own Homecoming Journey:

Being a sensitive and empathic woman, being at home in my body has always been a struggle. Growing up, I preferred my imaginary world of play and make-believe. When I was twelve, my father passed away from a very quick battle with cancer and in order to not feel the deep pain and grief, I started living up in my headspace even more. Two years later, I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes, which was a blessing in disguise (although, many days it doesn't feel like a blessing!). This chronic disease, in order to be managed, demands that I have body awareness to the subtle changes in my body's equilibrium. The Universe gave me a life-or-death reason to return to my body. My childhood passion for imaginary play continues into my adulthood in the form of being an artist and a performer. To create a moving performance as an actor, I have to EMBODY the character. Again, another tool for getting back into my body.

As I began to spend more time in my body, she started to lead me to a more authentic self. I experimented with diets, adapted my lifestyle habits, and dug deep into soul work to find what makes me feel juicy, rich, succulent, and beautifully (and sometimes painfully) alive.

For me, this mission to come home to my body is an every day quest and hopefully, overtime, the moments when I leave my body are far and few between. In the meantime, I would love to share the tools that I have learned through self-exploration and intensive study to help you discover the things that work for you.

Sarah Bonneville

Hey, I’m Sarah Bonneville and I think doing stuff in person is fun. I’m an initiator, apple-cart-upsetter, have zero time for perfectionism and would claim the Queen of Send-It.

During the day I am a match maker and fiduciary advocate for my real estate clients selling and purchasing their homes. I help them cut through the noise and get where they’re going with the most respect and dare I say…fun. Home is a sacred endeavor and I’m honored to get to hold them through it.

I started hosting events because I believe in the kind of magic that can't be planned - the conversation that shifts something in you, the connection you didn't know you needed, the moment that points you toward what's next. As a fellow traveler on my own journey of alignment and authentic power, I create spaces where we can exhale, be seen, and find each other. Whether it's a first-time homebuyer workshop, an entrepreneur gathering, or an intimate circle of women simply showing up for themselves, I show up as a connector, a spark, and a soft place to land. These events aren't just networking. They're an invitation to remember who you are and discover what's possible when the right people are in the room together. Can’t wait to connect. <3
