We begin our Ceremony with Sacred Cacao, a heart-opening plant medicine that has supported the heart, emotional clarity, connection, and inner awakening for thousands of years. Maryzelle carries this ancestral medicine with her grandmother from El Salvador and through her initiation in the Pies Descalzos lineage with Abuela Chicahuaxochitl, honoring a curanderismo tradition that has been guiding hearts for generations.

After opening the heart with Cacao, We journey inward through guided meditation, creating a space to settle, breathe, and tune into intention and heart wisdom.Next, we move into a renewing and immersive soundbath, where the rich vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, medicine drum, and more wash over the body and nervous system. These sacred sonic frequencies invite deep relaxation, release, and integration of the equinox energy.
