Gather with us in sacred community as we honor the Fall Equinox with an evening of ceremony, reflection, meditation, and healing sound.

The Fall Equinox marks the seasonal threshold when day and night are nearly equal in length, symbolizing the balance between light and darkness. As we transition from the outward energy of summer into the quieter, inward season of autumn, the Equinox offers us an opportunity to pause, acknowledge what we have harvested in our lives, express gratitude, and consciously release what we no longer wish to carry forward.

During our evening together, we will move through a candle ceremony and intentional release practice, followed by a guided meditation that will gently lead you into a deeply restorative sound bath. Allow the vibrations of the singing bowls and healing instruments to support you as you soften, surrender, and create space for the season ahead.

🌿 Creating Our Community Equinox Altar (optional)

You are invited to arrive with an offering from nature or something made with love. If you feel called gather flowers and fallen leaves to contribute to our community altar.

Traditionally, the autumn season is also a time of gathering and sharing the harvest. You are welcome to bring baked goods, fruit, tea, or another simple seasonal offering to share with the community as we celebrate abundance and gratitude together.

There is no obligation to bring anything, your presence is your offering.

What to Bring

Please bring a blanket and pillow so you can get comfortable during the meditation and sound bath. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax.

Come exactly as you are and join us at the threshold between light and darkness as we honor what has grown, release what has completed its season, and turn inward with intention.
