Step into the liminal space of the Spring Equinox ~ a moment when day and night are in perfect balance, and new beginnings stir. Equil invites you to awaken your inner light, open your heart, and honour the turning of the season through cacao, sound, movement, stillness, and connection.
✺ Cacao Ceremony + Intention Setting
Gently opens the heart, deepening connection to self, others, and the present. Its subtle energy awakens creativity, softens the mind, and attunes you to your inner wisdom.
✺ Breath + Vocal Toning
With breath awareness and simple meditative vocal sounds, we attune the body and mind to the balance of the equinox. From this space, you’ll be gently invited into organic vocal expressions, giving voice to what has been quietly germinating into life. Whether that be a quiet hum or a melody that wants to unfold, what sounds are ready to rise through you?
✺ Yin + Yang Yoga with Sound
Begin in Yin, surrendering into stillness, reflection, and release, accompanied by immersive soundscapes by Yee Ley. Transition into Yang, flowing through gentle movement to awaken vitality, mirroring the rhythms of spring ~ a dance of receptivity and action, grounding and expansion.
✺ Dynamic Free Movement
No experience needed ~ simply move with your body’s wisdom. Stretch, sway, tremble, or rest, guided by the energy of cacao and the equinox, awakening life force and deep embodiment in a supportive circle.
✺ Stillness + Meditation in Śavāsana
Melt into the earth and let the quiet wash over you. Breathe with the balance of light and dark, integrating the heart opened by cacao and the energy stirred by movement. Feel the seeds of potential stirring within, honouring renewal and the season’s rhythm.
✺ Journaling + Sharing
Anchor reflections, insights, and inspirations from the afternoon. Share gently with the circle if you wish, honouring the light, connection, and awakening that has emerged.
