Equal Exchange Guided Chocolate Tasting

Join Kristen King of Equal Exchange for a fun and interactive Guided Chocolate Tasting on Tuesday, January 28 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Kristen will share information about Equal Exchange (EE), its fair trade practices, and the small-scale farmer cooperatives with whom EE works. You will also learn how cacao beans grow and are made into chocolate bars. Kristen will then guide participants in tasting 3 chocolate bars. Participants will have the opportunity to use a chocolate flavor wheel to help them determine the flavors they taste. Participants will also be invited to share the flavors they taste. Finally, learn how to stay connected to the work of Equal Exchange.
