The EODS annual general meeting is quickly approaching us once again. This years meeting will be at the hut on Wednesday 26th November 2025 at 19:30
Every year, at our AGM, we discuss how the society is doing, What's happening in the future, any new ideas and adventures and celebrate the highlights of our year and shows.
We re-elect our committee for general committee members but also for our officer positions. Officer positions consist of Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, Publicity/Marketing Manager, Membership Secretary and Property Manager.
Anyone wishing to join or run for an officer needs to fill in the attached form and return to [email protected] by 1st November 2025.
We'd love to see as many people as possible to help make important decisions about the society and our future. Non-members are welcome to attend but will not be able to vote unless they are a paid member.
