Envisioning Your New Year

Approach the new year with resolve to find the opportunities hidden in each day. Envisioning can assist you to stretch beyond any preconceived limits, access insights, wisdom, and birth new behaviors for our visions to become reality. Envisioning allows for transformation.

Join Lezs & Carla as we begin our 2025 inner work together. We will create our vision boards for the new year. We will supply a board for everyone and some magazines, but feel free to bring some of your own magazines or images to create your vision boards. As always, we will enjoy some time in circle to share in the message and wisdom of the work, then travel into your inner world to bring those visions into reality with a guided mediation and sound bath.

Please bring your favorite journal and an item to place on the altar if you choose. You are welcome to bring your yoga mat, blanket, and/or whatever you need to feel comfortable lying on the floor for an hour. There will be chairs and back jacks available for anyone who would prefer not to lie down.*

Carla has followed a healing path for most of her life, studying a variety of holistic therapies and philosophies. Her personal journey lead her to be completely immersed in the study of various yoga traditions, shamanic cultures and indigenous wisdom, including Star Knowledge.

Through her diagnosis of Celiac disease, she learned to empower herself through the healing power of natural foods. Carla is a certified practitioner of Donna Edens body of work: Energy Medicine . She is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Reflexologist, Private Yoga Instructor, also certified in Fascia Release and a recipient as well as a facilitator of the Munay-Ki rites, one of many, in this growing group of visionaries in the Pittsburgh area and connecting around the world. She is also certified in the healing art of Acupressure. For the past 8 years she has held women’s healing circles as a certified Red Tent Facilitator. Carla is also a Public Speaker who speaks on a variety of topics such as health and wellness, meditation and of course the importance of accessing ancient wisdom from our ancestors. Carla uses that knowledge to facilitate The Wisdom Circle, a gathering of her own creation that helps people infuse ancient wisdom to navigate the modern world.

Leza Vivio is known widely for her abilities as a sound healer and inspirational speaker, as well as the founder of Sacred. Centered. You. She has a passion for both the scientific and intuitive, the practical and the mystical... She enjoys finding the bridges between these worlds and making them accessible to the seeker. For the last two decades, her mission has been assisting individuals find their path to personal growth and wellness by improving their awareness, understanding, and adaptability to change.

In her recent years, Leza has focused her work in the healing arts field serving through Vibrational Sound Healing, Past Life & Soul Regression, Spiritual Counseling, and Conscious Relationships. In addition to degrees in Philosophy and Counseling Psychology, Leza holds a doctorate in both Divinity and Sacred Music, and is a licensed professional counselor and Certified in: Mental Health Integrative Medicine ; Sex Informed Therapy; and Gestalt Couples Counseling. She is specially trained in Vibrational Sound Healing, Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy, Yoga and Meditation, Integrative Medicine, Qigong, Trauma-Informed Care, and is a practicing Reiki Master.
