Eileen Benwitt is an Executive Confidant, leadership coach with over three decades of experience at the intersection of influence, people, and culture, including serving as a C-suite HR executive. Known for her emotional precision, blunt grace, and a commitment to honest self-reflection, she partners with leaders and organizations to reclaim what is real within themselves and the systems they lead.

Her approach integrates executive development, emotional resilience, relational intelligence, and alignment-based leadership to support leaders navigating uncertainty, honoring their capacity, and modeling sustainability, leading from self-awareness rather than performance. Through 1:1 partnerships, group experiences, and organizational advisory work, she reframes leadership as an inside job — one that begins with understanding oneself and extends into how we show up for others.
