Program Topic: You Built It. Are you Still Choosing It

Eileen Benwitt, Executive Confidant/Leadership Coach

Plus Member Spotlight: Jennifer Glover Keller, Business Productivity Consultant

Participants will leave with a simple way to recognize and return to agency in real time:

The Agency Check:

  • Is this mine to choose or am I reacting?
  • What is driving this decision?
  • If I didn’t do this, what feels at risk?
  • Does this feel like something I’m stepping into or carrying?
  • Did I choose this or did I default to it?

Agency isn’t something you have, it’s something you practice.
  • There’s a difference between running your business and being run by it.
  • Not all “yeses” are choices. Some are pressure in disguise.
  • Energy is a signal.
  • You don’t need to rebuild, you need to re-choose.
  • The difference between independence, empowerment and agency

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:

Event Photos

Eileen Benwitt is an Executive Confidant, leadership coach with over three decades of experience at the intersection of influence, people, and culture, including serving as a C-suite HR executive. Known for her emotional precision, blunt grace, and a commitment to honest self-reflection, she partners with leaders and organizations to reclaim what is real within themselves and the systems they lead.

Her approach integrates executive development, emotional resilience, relational intelligence, and alignment-based leadership to support leaders navigating uncertainty, honoring their capacity, and modeling sustainability, leading from self-awareness rather than performance. Through 1:1 partnerships, group experiences, and organizational advisory work, she reframes leadership as an inside job — one that begins with understanding oneself and extends into how we show up for others. When leaders lead from this place, their presence lifts others rather than depletes them, making work feel human again, influencing organizations in ways that are both deeply human and deeply consequential.

Eileen’s work is grounded in lived experience. Over the course of her career, she witnessed firsthand how internal misalignment can impact wellbeing and overall capacity — insight later deepened through her own professional reinvention. That experience now informs how she partners with others.

At its core, Eileen’s work reflects a simple belief: leadership begins with understanding ourselves. This work is most powerful when it is knitted into the natural evolution of leadership, supporting growth as it unfolds rather than interrupting it.

About The Entrepreneurial Women’s Collective (EWC)

The Entrepreneurial Women’s Collective was born in 2015 as a way to offer meaningful networking and professional development to women business owners. Since that time, the EWC network has expanded, special friendships have formed and business has happened, all while learning from some pretty amazing speakers. EWC's mission is to bring smart, supportive women together and watch the magic happen.

When we ask the members what they like best, the #1 answer is “the women in the room”. Words like high quality, warm, welcoming, willing to help one another are heard over and over again. Go to HAYVN.com/EWC to become a member.
