Energy Up for Brain Health is a gentle, feel-good class that blends mindful movement with light cardio to support both body and mind. Drawing from Naam-inspired movements along with yoga and aerobic exercises, this class is set to uplifting, groovy music that encourages comfortable, steady movement. Participants can expect improved circulation, a supported heart rate, increased energy, and reduced stress.
This class is adaptable for all fitness levels and is suitable for individuals living with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or Parkinson’s, as well as caregivers. Movements can be modified as needed, creating a supportive and welcoming environment where everyone can move with confidence and ease.
The cost for this class is $10, with caregivers attending at no charge. Participants must be members of the Sun Lakes community. Exceptions may be made by contacting Vickie at 480-458-7497.
