Sound Bath Healing with FS8 Chandler

Lindy Adams Wellness will be joining us at FS8 Chandler on Saturday, January 17 at 1:00pm for a deeply restorative Sound Bath healing experience ✨

Sound baths are designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and help you fully reset both mind and body through soothing frequencies and vibration. This is the perfect way to slow down, recharge, and ground yourself after a busy start to the new year.

The session is $10, with 21 spots available, so be sure to grab yours before it fills up. We recommend bringing a small blanket and pillow for extra comfort, as we’ll be using studio mats to lay down and relax.
