The zodiac is a living map of energy, a cosmic mirror reflecting the full spectrum of human experience. Each sign, each house, and each planet carries a unique energetic signature—an invitation to explore different aspects of yourself and the world around you.

In this workshop, we won’t be predicting futures or reading horoscopes.
Instead, we’ll journey through the zodiac wheel as a portal to self-awareness. Discover where your energy flows with ease and where it may call for more presence, healing, and integration.

Mishiah Crute (Mishiah Yoga) is a yoga and meditation instructor with over a decade of experience and more than 1,000 hours of teaching in Hatha, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Yoga Nidra, and chakra-based practices. A Taurus sun, Sagittarius rising, and Cancer moon, Mishiah loves the dynamic energy of astrology and its ability to reveal deeper layers of the self. Mishiah previously owned a successful yoga studio in Fayetteville, AR, where she taught monthly astrology-themed classes for each zodiac season—helping students connect with the unique energies of each season. Now based in Charleston, SC, and teaching at Satsang Yoga in Mount Pleasant, Mishiah continues to build a vibrant yoga community. Her teaching style blends practicality and depth, focusing on spinal health, embodied movement, and self-awareness.

Do I need prior astrology knowledge?
Not at all. This workshop is about feeling into the energy of the zodiac, making it accessible to everyone.

Will this include horoscopes or predictions?
No, this gathering is about exploring the zodiac as an energetic framework, rather than forecasting events.
