Energy Over 40: A New Frequency-Menopause Wellness Workshop

Join us in person for Energy Over 40, an educational wellness workshop designed to support women navigating the natural transition of menopause through knowledge, reflection, and holistic awareness.

This experience focuses on evidence-informed education around energy changes, nervous system regulation, lifestyle rhythms, and wellness practices that can support overall quality of life during midlife transitions. Participants will be introduced to non-medical tools such as mindfulness, sound and frequency awareness, stress management concepts, and self-reflection practices that encourage informed personal choice.

This workshop is educational in nature and follows NBCHWC guidelines

Together, we’ll create a supportive space to:

• Learn about common menopause-related changes from a wellness perspective
• Explore grounding and energy-supportive practices
• Share lived experiences in a respectful, peer-supported environment
• Build confidence through education, not advice-giving
