When was the last time you let energy truly move? In this ecstatic dance, Michael has created a journey specifically for moving your e-motions. Having used music as a way through tough times in his life, he is offering this space as a way for you to take time out of your busy life, to unwind, feel emotions in a sacred container & simply join in unison through the modality of ecstatic dance (no talking).
The journey will consist of 2 hours of movement, with space for internal reflection at the beginning & end.
