Energetic Self-Care Foundations ✨Do you:

In this class you will learn how to:
~incorporate energetic self care practices to help keep you balanced and grounded throughout your day.
~learn breathing techniques to bring you back to the present moment helping to reduce stress
~learn how to cleanse and protect your energetic field and keep non-beneficial energies out of you and your space by setting up energetic protection while using various techniques to assist in keeping you and your energy field clean and protected.
~learn techniques to release unwanted, non-beneficial, low vibrational stuck energy from your energetic system.
~reconnect to Mother Earth & Cosmic energy in a way that is beneficial to you.
~Learn how to ground and receive beneficial Earth energy, and to release old stuck energy from your system and transmute it.
~be consciously connected in your body to release energy that belongs to other people.
~connect with other like hearted people in a welcoming and inclusive environment. Tea, spring water, chocolate and snacks will be provided.
