This class is especially helpful for empaths, healers, caregivers, intuitive people, and anyone who feels affected by the moods, conflicts, or emotional states of others.
You will learn simple techniques for clearing, shielding, grounding, and reclaiming your own space.
This is not about becoming closed off.
It is about being able to stay open without being overwhelmed.
You can care about people without carrying everything they project.
You can be compassionate without absorbing other people’s pain.
You can be intuitive without being unprotected.
During this class, you will learn how to recognize when you are carrying energy that is not yours, clear emotional and energetic residue, strengthen your personal boundaries, stay grounded around difficult people or environments, and stop taking on the stress and negativity of others.
