We continue our mission of nurturing the arts of human connection through live masterful percussion centered music and open ecstatic dance.
Bring friends, make friends, meditate, levitate, recreate, contemplate, take in the creativity, and satiate, all while still being able to hear yourself think and feel the current within. You can dance if you want to, you can also watch, listen, sketch, chill, or find yourself tapping those toes and exploring the flow.
We present a 2-hour curated, phone-free sound and movement journey. Doors open at 6:30- arrive & land, 6:45 guided opening movement warm-up and circle, 7:00 live music, listening, free dance and play with some lightly facilitated waves, concluding with a mindful close and release.
It'll be a friendly adventure, with good vibes and good rhythms to refresh your spirit and float your boat on through the week. The opening circle will begin promptly to help create a safe, comfortable space for everyone to enjoy their thing.
