We will be re-capping all training from this year with a focus on hanbo and taijutsu.
Please bring soft hanbo and rubber knife, if possible.
Location: The Training Hall at Withdean Sports Stadium.

There is a class before us, so we cant get in the hall before 11:30am
We will have only a 30min break for lunch.

PLEASE NOTE:
Free parking is usually limited to 3 hours, but as we are using the facilities we can park for the duration, BUT YOU NEED to register your car registration at the sports complex reception.
