1. Confidentiality: I agree to keep discussions within the group confidential, respecting each other's privacy and trust.
2. Active Listening: I commit to practicing active listening, giving each person the opportunity to express themselves without interruption.
3. Respect: I agree to treat each other with respect, recognizing and valuing individual differences and perspectives.
4. Non-judgment: I agree to suspend judgment and refrain from making assumptions about others, creating a safe space for open dialogue.
5. Constructive Feedback: I commit to providing feedback in a constructive and supportive manner, focusing on the issue at hand rather than criticizing the person.
6. Participation: I agree to actively participate in group activities and discussions, contributing to the collective growth and empowerment.
7. Punctuality: I agree to be punctual for meetings and events, respecting each other's time and commitment to the group.
8. Conflict Resolution: I agree to addressing conflicts openly and respectfully, seeking resolution through communication rather than avoidance.
9. Inclusivity: The group agrees to be inclusive and welcoming, valuing diversity and creating an environment where everyone feels heard and accepted.
10. Acknowledgment of Non-Clinical Relationship: I understand and acknowledge that the facilitator is not acting in a clinical capacity, and this group is not a substitute for therapy or a therapeutic relationship. The facilitator is not providing mental health or professional counseling services, and I am responsible for seeking individual therapeutic support if needed. The group is designed for empowerment, support, and personal development at no cost, and I am participating with the understanding that it is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
