For generations, women met in sacred spaces, much like the ancient Red Tents. To rest, reflect, share stories, reconnect with themselves and each other. In those circles, every woman was welcomed as she was, held in community and reminded of her inner wisdom. This gathering is a gentle return to that tradition. A return to healing and transforming as a community.
Joining this circle offers a safe and supportive space to practice asking for what you truly need—and to experience how it feels to receive. Through guided reflection and shared presence, you are invited to give voice to your needs, intentions, and boundaries without judgment. Being witnessed and supported in circle can soften old patterns of self-reliance or hesitation, opening the way for deeper trust and nourishment. This is an invitation to remember that you do not have to do everything alone.

What you'll experience:
- A sharing circle
- Authentic Relating
- 30 minutes Candlelit Gong Bath
- Journaling
- Sip herbal teas, journal and set intentions by the fire (wood burner)

This circle is for anyone identifying with feminine energy and cycle wisdom, feeling the shift of the season — longing for deeper connection, alignment, or a moment to breathe and reset. Together, we’ll tend to the inner flame, honour what is changing and welcome what is emerging.

Investment:
£35 General Admission
£25-£30 First Timer
This is a small intimate circle for 8 participants.

Location:
North Laine, Brighton. (Address will be confirmed once you've signed up.)

What to bring:
A journal & pens, warm comfortable clothing. Pillow and a blanket for the Gong Bath.
