New Square Chambers are pleased to invite you to a special conference celebrating the 150th anniversary of Theobald on Wills, one of the most authoritative and enduring texts in succession law.
We have been closely involved with Theobald on Wills, now in its 20th edition for many years, with members contributing to and shaping its ongoing development. , himself a long-standing contributor now on his 4th edition, will chair the conference, with special guest speaker , Emeritus Professor of Old Age Psychiatry, Oxford University.
The programme will reflect on the book’s remarkable legacy, examine current issues in wills and succession law, and look ahead to future developments. You can purchase your copy of the Theobald on Wills, 150th Anniversary Edition .
