Come enjoy this empowering event. Embracing the healing energy of the sound bowls while relaxing into a powerful meditation with a little yoga (10-15min) to get us into the zone. Balancing our 7 chakras through this meditative sound bath healing, empowering, soothing experience. Comfortable seating is available if a place on the floor is not your preference.

I am a 500 hour registered yoga teacher currently teaching at The Alaska Club but branching out to hold events at other locations. I hold an American Council of Exercise certification for personal training and I love teaching yoga. I’m looking forward to sharing this experience with you.
