Our distinguished speaker for the event, 𝐉𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐛, is a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience at 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬, where she is currently a 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫. Jahin has played a key role in driving digital transformation for federal accounts and has been an advocate for leadership development in STEM through her work with the 𝐔.𝐒. 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦.
Jahin earned her 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐁𝐒𝐄𝐄) from 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 (2012–2016), where she was actively involved in activities and societies such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄) and the 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐬. Her strong ties to IEEE include serving as the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 from 2015–2016 and 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (WIE) chapter at Virginia Tech, where she also served as 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫. Jahin has represented IEEE on global platforms, including the 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟓 & 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟔 𝐈𝐄𝐄𝐄 𝐖𝐈𝐄 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 in San Jose, CA.
Through this seminar, Jahin will share her unique experiences and valuable insights on professional skills, leadership, and networking to help engineering students navigate their careers with confidence and purpose.
