Empowered Transition is a full-day, in-person retreat designed to educate, support, and uplift women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Held in the peaceful setting of 4 Winds Farm in Glenwood, this experience blends expert-led education, practical movement strategies, nourishing food, and meaningful discussion to help women feel informed, confident, and supported during this powerful life transition.On April 4 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, participants will gain insight into hormonal changes with Dr. Juliana Oliveira, explore nutrition strategies for hormonal balance with Jennifer McCalib, and learn strength and bone health practices with Lynsey Pulliam. This welcoming community experience provides practical tools, open conversation, and connection with other women walking a similar path.
Cost: $250 for the full-day retreat.
