Join Roaring Fork Leadership and Colorado Mountain College for ELEVATE 2026, a signature half-day forum designed to bring women together for inspiration, reflection, and meaningful connection.
ELEVATE creates space for women across sectors, roles, and life stages to explore leadership, belonging, and community impact through lived experience and shared dialogue. This is not a training or workshop - it is an invitation to pause, reconnect with purpose, and engage in thoughtful conversation with other women who are navigating growth, service, and change in their work and lives.
Through storytelling, guided reflection, and intentional connection, participants will explore what it means to lead with clarity, build belonging across difference, and strengthen our communities through relationships and service.
Early Bird: $89 through March 27
General Admission: $109

Leading Beyond Yourself: From Overextended to Intentional
Drawing from decades of public service and community leadership, Gail invites participants to reconsider what leadership truly means. This reflective session introduces a practical framework to help women align their leadership with purpose, protect their energy, and focus their impact where it matters most.
Jamie Abbott
Belonging Through the Arts: How Creativity Builds Connection
Jamie explores how arts and culture create spaces where people feel seen, valued, and connected—and how creative expression can strengthen civic identity and community belonging.
Panel Conversation: Belonging in Practice
The afternoon will also feature a moderated panel exploring how belonging drives collaboration, innovation, trust, and retention inside organizations and communities.
Panelists include:
• Cindy Dady, Sunlight Mountain Resort
• Jamie Abbott, Carbondale Arts
• Gail Sheridan Schwartz
ELEVATE is about more than leadership - it’s about belonging, community, and the relationships that shape how we lead and live.
We hope you will join us for this meaningful afternoon together.
