Learn simple but powerful Self Defense techniques if a crisis is unavoidable. The focus is on an awareness, a mindset, and strategies, to keep you AND your loved ones safe.
About the Instructor: Bob Hollinger is an internationally renowned Self Defense Expert and 8th Degree Karate Black Belt, who lived and trained karate in Japan for 17 straight years. His professional self defense experience spans 40+ years. His presentations have covered the globe, including Japan, Thailand & Cambodia, as well as 200+ presentations in the Lehigh Valley and other places across the U.S.A.
