Experience the serene sounds of gongs and crystal singing bowls washing over you in a 90-minute soundscape meditation designed to ease your mind, open your heart, and relax your body and spirit. We’ll begin with a breath exercise followed by the soundscape and conclude with energy integration time. You'll leave feeling rested and rejuvenated. This is the perfect way to prepare your mind and body as you ease into the holiday season.

For your comfort bring a thick yoga mat, knee bolster, pillow, eye cover and light blanket. If you experience difficulties getting onto the floor, we do have chairs for your use during this relaxing experience.

About the Facilitator: Drummer/percussionist Moe Jerant is the founder of Lehigh Valley Drum Circle. She has offered community drumming and stress reduction events for 20+ years. In 2020 Moe decided to explore new avenues of relaxation and created Into the Dreamtime Sound Meditations. She currently offers sound meditations for yoga studios, churches and conferences.
