Join us as we partner with Clock Inc. on May 30th from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for an empowering afternoon of martial arts and safety education.
At Team Phoenix Martial Arts, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to become confident and strong. We are hosting this free seminar specifically to support the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring that all voices are heard and respected in the martial arts world. This is an affirming space designed to help you build strength, find your voice, and learn practical skills to protect yourself.
Here is the schedule for the event:
1:00 PM – 1:10 PM: Check-in, meet the instructors from Team Phoenix, and get settled in the training area.
1:10 PM – 1:50 PM: Hands-on self-defense education, focusing on practical techniques and situational awareness.
1:50 PM – 2:00 PM: Q&A session, resources for continued training, and final empowering thoughts.
